May I bring food and drinks aboard?  You may bring your own food, as well as beer, wine and alcohol for guests 21 Years of age and over.

What do you have on board?  We have wine glasses, wine opener, regular drinking glasses, plates, silverware as well as the items we advertise as being included in the charter fee.

What's Included in the charter fee?  We include fuel at cruising speed, complimentary soft drinks, water, light snacks, and ice.

Should I bring towels?  As there are no laundry services aboard, we request that if you are swimming, that you bring your own towel.  We do not have towels for guests aboard.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?  Yes, there is a marine head aboard.  A marine head is a little bit different from the plumbing at home.  The most important thing to remember is not to put ANYTHING in the head except human waste.  No paper (put toilet paper in the trash bin, please, NO sanitary products, baby wipes, hair or other objects may be put into the head.  It is ONLY for human waste.)  There is an extra charge if the head is clogged on charter.

How far is it from Palmer Point Marina to...
Louie's in Glen Cove, Long Island - 20 nautical miles one way
L'Escale at the DeLaMar Hotel -  4 nautical miles one way
Prime in Huntington, Long Island - 19 nautical miles one way
Prime or Crab Shack in Stamford - 14 nautical miles one way
Bar Taco in Port Chester - 9 nautical miles one way

May I wear shoes aboard?  We request that you remove your shoes when boarding to protect the boat from scuffs, scratches and dirt.  If you cannot remove your footwear we request that you wear flat, non-marking rubber soles and we may give you shoe covers to wear on board the yacht.

What's the Cancellation Policy?  On day charters, we allow cancellation up to 5 business days before the charter.

What's the Weather Policy? The Captain will make the final decision as to the suitability of the weather for charter.  If it is stormy and it's dangerous to go out, we will work with you to reschedule. If it is overcast or the weather is not 100% perfect and we can still go out, we will plan to do the charter.

What are the Cruising Conditions?  We charter the motor vessels in their home waters at a comfortable cruising speed where the boat is going at a nice speed and everyone can sit on the sun pad on the bow (front of the boat), talk and have fun, hear the music and move about the boat.  We do not take the Long Island Sound yacht out of her home cruising grounds on charter due to the likelihood of an uncomfortable trip for guests depending on the sea state and weather conditions.
